Understanding Self and Others: Assessments for Personal Development in Communications, Team Building, Professional Development, and Diversity
A variety of assessment instruments including the DiSC, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) provide tools to help you understand your personal strengths and areas of potential development. These are useful to improve communications, teamwork, and customer service, and to help you understand and work with people different from you. It can also help you in your personal relationships.
 
The instruments are used for coaching, for Individual Development Plans, or in workshops with formal or informal groups/teams to assist in team building and to improve communications and work relationships.
 
 
Individual Coaching

Ann, a Certified Leadership Coach, offers coaching in supervisory and leadership skills to individuals in all levels of the organization. She works with the internal supervisor or mentor and the employee to develop an action plan to assist the employee in improving skills or to enhance skills for the next career move.
 
She also works privately with individuals who are seeking to improve their skills in preparation for career advancement opportunities. Her significant experience in health care, private industry, higher education, and non-profit sectors exposes coaching clients to new ideas and ways to evaluate their strengths and challenges in reaching the next career plateau.
 
 
Leaders Coaching Leaders
Our program is offered as a comprehensive one- or two-day program for leaders at any level who have responsibility for others and who want to have competent coaching as part of their leadership skill set.
 
 
Meeting Facilitation & Strategic Planning
We assist you in bringing the right people to the table, setting the agenda, and establishing a workable strategic plan. Planning and evaluation meetings provide a more formal structure to help staff define goals, assign responsibility, set time tables, and train staff in data collection and reports to meet desired outcome measures.
